These Terms of Service govern your use of leadsgen.com.au and any services provided by LeadsGen ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Services
LeadsGen provides website design and development, AI lead capture, marketing automation, conversion copywriting, SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation, and ongoing optimisation for Australian service businesses. Services are delivered according to the scope agreed at engagement.
Payment
A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. Commencement is defined as the kickoff call taking place.
The remaining 50% is due on launch.
Monthly retainer services, where engaged, are billed in advance. Payment is due on the same date each month. Access to retainer services may be paused if payment is more than 7 days overdue.
Build timeline
Standard build timeline is 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Delays caused by the client, including slow delivery of assets or feedback, extend the timeline accordingly.
The 2-week booking promise
We promise more booked jobs within 2 weeks of going live. If the bookings are not moving by week 2, we keep working on the system at no additional charge until they are. This applies to clients who have implemented our recommendations in full and provided the required content and access during the build.
Cancellation
Monthly retainer services have no minimum term. You may cancel with 30 days written notice to admin@setystudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period. No refund is provided for the current billing period.
Upon cancellation, we will provide all website files, hosting credentials, and access to any accounts we created on your behalf. Your website remains live and belongs to you.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the website and all content created specifically for you. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
We retain ownership of any proprietary systems, frameworks, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.
Warranties and limitations
We warrant that services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the scope agreed at engagement.
We do not warrant specific Google rankings, AI search positions, or booking volumes outside of the 2-week booking promise above. Search engines and AI platforms do not guarantee position, and results vary by business, market, and algorithm change.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
